Surely you have read a lot of plans to lose weight on the Internet. And I’m sure there are some good and effective plans out there.

Now, my question to you is: are you sure they are completely natural and healthy, or you are willing to compromise speed for health? 1) Write down everything you eat. At the beginning it will seem weird to write everything, (more if you eat a lot) , however as time passes by you will get used to do it. But will be only way to get aware of what and how much you are eating every day. Take note of every piece of food that gets into your mouth in breakfast, lunch, dinner, middle of the morning breakfast, etc.

2) Check the list. Can you find witch of the foods are making you gain weight? Sure you can: the fats, the sugar-filled drinks, the desserts, that delicious bacon you had for lunch…mmm, Now take out all this foods out of your list. All this food is keeping you from getting healthier, is not just how you look, is how you feel every day; remember this next time you are in front of your Chocolate Ice cream!

3) Here come the Healthy Foods. Remember all the food you took out of the list? Replace each of them with a healthy substitute. Then you will have a good start to a healthy diet plan. The point in dieting is not Starving to Death, is learning to eat healthier. For instance, replace the fatty foods with some kind of fiber or natural food.

4) Design Your Weekly Plan. Ok, so now we have the list. Now sit down with patience and optimism and do a weekly meal plan based on the list you just made. Don’t overcomplicate things. Do an EASY to follow plan. Just check that is a Balanced plan, that is, with the three main food groups. Other tip: Even if at the beginning you can not follow the plan exactly, don’t sweat it. The plan is to reduce your calorie ingestion with time, little by little.

5) Control Your Portions. This is the last step to your healthy diet plan. Just because you are eating healthy food, this means you can eat 3 plates of it. You will learn that there are foods that make you fill “fuller” and stay in your body longer than others. For instance, a banana will make you fill more satisfied that lettuce!
